The Durable 3-axle Aluminum Tank Trailer Semi-trailer is a three-axle semi-trailer for transporting liquids. The tank is made of aluminum alloy, with carbon steel as an option, and has a volume of approximately 40–45 cubic meters. 

Aluminum Alloy Tank Structure

The tank body is 5mm thick, and the end plate is 6mm thick. Aluminum alloy or carbon steel materials are optional, reducing weight while still bearing the pressure of liquid transport.

Single Compartment Design and Top Manhole

The tank has a single compartment structure, equipped with a 500mm manhole cover and two breather valves for ventilation and safety checks during liquid loading.

Three-Bearing Chassis

Utilizes three 13–16 ton FUWA axles, 10–12 leaf spring suspension, and a balance beam to distribute the vehicle's full load weight.

Loading/Unloading Valves and Piping System

Equipped with a 4-inch disc unloading valve and a 4-inch seamless steel pipe discharge pipeline, and two bottom valves for liquid unloading and oil/vapor recovery.

Traction Pins and Outriggers

Uses JOST brand 2″ bolt-type transfer pins. The outriggers are JOST dual-speed manual operation, with a load capacity of 24 tons, used for loading, unloading, and parking support.
